Forest Lane Capital-backed ARS Systems completed the acquisition of ARS Recycling.

Forest Lane Capital-backed ARS Systems, a newly formed parent company, completed the acquisition of ARS Recycling, a manufacturer of steel grit recycling and dust collection equipment serving the bridge, tank and marine repair markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
