re:mount Group, a provider of comprehensive B2B renovation services, completed the acquisition of Finnoval, a provider of plumbing renovation, water supply renovation, wet room renovation and technical maintenance services for housing companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We became interested in re:mount because it has attracted some of the best renovators on the market. We felt that we wanted to be part of the team," Mika Hamara, Finnoval CEO.
