Davie to acquire shipbuilding assets from Gulf Copper.

Davie, a company offering shipbuilding and maintenance services, agreed to acquire shipbuilding assets in Galveston and Port Arthur from Gulf Copper, a company delivering ship repair, offshore services, and marine infrastructure solutions.
