IDI completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Intersoft Electronics Group from Waterland Private Equity.

IDI, a private equity firm specializing in investments in European SMEs and mid-caps, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Intersoft Electronics Group, a Belgian company focused on advanced radar systems and components, from Waterland Private Equity, an investment firm supporting high-growth companies across Europe.
