Lighthouse Funds, a private equity company, completed the investment in Knest Manufacturers, a construction technology company, of $35.2 m. “With this partnership, we gain not just capital but a like-minded partner in Lighthouse who shares our vision for innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability.
