JCP-backed Atlas Vineyard Management completed the acquisition of Results Partners from Clearview Capital.

JCP-backed Atlas Vineyard Management, a provider of vineyard farming and development, completed the acquisition of Results Partners, a full-service vineyard management and development company, from Clearview Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The decision to sell Results Partners, and part ways with such a talented and highly regarded division, was a difficult one. Results Partners nearly doubled in size under our ownership by expanding into new regions and deepening their core market presence," Matt Rumilly, Clearview Capital Partner.
