Axcel-backed Xpartners completed the acquisition of Stabil.

Axcel, a private equity firm-backed Xpartners, a Nordic consulting group specializing in engineering and design, completed the acquisition of Stabil, a Norwegian company focused on structural engineering for construction and renovation projects.
