Gemoss, a supplier of pastry and culinary ingredients, tableware and kitchenware, professional equipment, completed the acquisition of Sangaida, a provider of professional kitchen equipment and hospitality supplies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This has been a carefully considered and strategically important step in our operations. It will not only strengthen our positions in the Baltics, but will also allow us to offer new opportunities to our partners and customers.
