Procuritas-backed Werksta, an automotive damage repair chain, completed the acquisition of Den Elzen Autoschade Group, a car repair multi shop operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of ABS Den Elzen is an important milestone in Werksta's growth journey.
