Keensight Capital-backed RAM Infotechnology completed the acquisition of Interoperability Group.

Keensight Capital-backed RAM Infotechnology, a company specializing in cloud and healthcare IT services, completed the acquisition of Interoperability Group, a Dutch digital healthcare solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to welcome Interoperability Group into the RAM-IT family.
