Norvestor-backed Lapin Kumi, a Finnish tire sales and service provider, completed the acquisition of Nummelan Rengasmyynti, a local tire workshop and service company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I believe our growth will be strongest together with Lapin Kumi. Through this deal, we gain even better opportunities to develop our operations and provide our customers with even better service.
