Al Arabi Investment Group completed the acquisition of a minority stake in CsMena.

Al Arabi Investment Group, the investment banking arm of Arab Bank, completed the aquisition of a minority stake in CsMena, a provider of business process outsourcing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction marks a strategic step toward expanding Jordan’s role in the global outsourcing landscape. Additionally, it supports ERA and USAID's initiative to prioritise and implement economic reforms in Jordan.
