Synopsis
Wood & Company-backed Kosit, a group of companies that provides waste management and recovery services, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Best-Eko, a company that offers services in the field of wastewater management, sewage treatment, and energy services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Thanks to the use of modern technologies and innovative procedures, BEST-EKO ensures almost 100% recycling of input waste and thus significantly contributes to the reduction of landfilling and the greening of waste management in the region. I believe it will be a successful investment for Wood & Company,” Olga Gęsiarz Kalinowska, Kosit Operational Leadership.
