Apax Partners-backed Zellis, an AI-enabled HR, workforce management, payroll and benefits solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Hastee, a financial wellbeing platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition allows us to provide our customers with a seamless experience that connects HR, payroll and benefits with immediate financial tools that employees can use to improve their financial health and reduce stress,” John Petter, Zellis CEO.
