Spherea to acquire Konrad Technologies US from Konrad GMBH.

Spherea, a French provider of test and simulation solutions for defence, aerospace and critical industries, agreed to acquire Konrad Technologies US, an automation machinery manufacturing company, from Konrad, a German engineering company specializing in test system solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome Diane Tibbs, CEO of Konrad Technologies US, along with her team, to the Spherea family.
