ICOP completed the acquisition of a 61.89% stake in Palingeo from FLS Holding for €25.6m.

ICOP, an Italian company specializing in underground and infrastructure engineering, completed the acquisition of a 61.89% stake in Palingeo, a geotechnical and foundation engineering firm, from FLS Holding, the vehicle owned by Palingeo’s founders, for €25.6m.
