Verisure to acquire ADT Mexico from Johnson Controls.

Verisure, a provider of professionally monitored security services, agreed to acquire ADT Mexico, a provider of electronic security solutions, from Johnson Controls, security solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to welcome ADT Mexico into the Verisure family.
