BCI and Searchlight-backed Adams Outdoor Advertising, a privately-held, out-of-home media operator in the United States, completed the acquisition of Chesapeake Outdoor, a regional out-of-home media company serving the Eastern Shore of Virginia and Maryland. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a strong continuation of our disciplined growth plan. The Norfolk and Virginia Beach region is experiencing significant momentum—from rising population and robust tourism to a thriving commercial landscape. Chesapeake Outdoor’s static assets complement our existing network and allow us to deepen our reach and service in this critical market," Kevin Jones, Adams Outdoor Advertising CEO.
