Hoganas Borgestad to acquire Emcotech from Emcotech Invest.

Hoganas Borgestad, a developer, producer, and supplier of smart refractory solutions for industrial customers, agreed to acquire Emcotech, a Swedish company specializing in industrial flue gas cleaning and ventilation equipment for industries, from Emcotech Invest, a company that specializes in industrial fuel gas cleaning services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to welcome Emcotech into our group.
