4D Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Hepworth Clay from Wavin and Orbia.

4D Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Hepworth Clay, a company that provides a broad range of vitrified clay drainage solutions, from Wavin, a manufacturer and supplier of plastic drainage and piping solutions, and Orbia, a company providing specialty products and methodologies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have invested in Hepworth Clay and very proud to become the custodians of this heritage brand.
