Keyera to acquire Canadian NGL business of Plains for $3.75bn.

Keyera, a Canadian midstream oil and gas operator, agreed to acquire Canadian NGL business of Plains All American Pipeline, a master limited partnership engaged in pipeline transport, marketing, and storage of crude oil and natural gas liquids, for $3.75bn. "This is a highly strategic acquisition that strengthens our core business and accelerates our growth trajectory.
