Keyera to acquire the Canadian NGL business of Plains for CAD5.15bn.

Keyera, a Canadian midstream oil and gas operator, agreed to acquire the Canadian NGL business of Plains All American Pipeline, a midstream energy infrastructure company in North America, for CAD5.15bn. "This is a highly strategic acquisition that strengthens our core business and accelerates our growth trajectory.
