RPM completed the acquisition of Ready Seal.

RPM International, a specialty coatings, sealants and building materials manufacturer and marketer, completed the acquisition of Ready Seal, a manufacturer of exterior wood stains and sealers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We welcome Ready Seal’s employees and easy to use ‘Goof-Proof’ products to RPM.
