GoodLife Foods to acquire TNS Food.

GoodLife Foods, a branded and private label frozen food products supplier, agreed to acquire TNS Food, a Belgian producer of premium frozen savory snacks. Financial terms are not disclosed. “With the unique 100% full oven production technology and its innovative DNA, TNS Food will add great value to the GoodLife Foods Group.
