Walor North America to acquire SM Corporation from HCI Equity Partners.

Walor North America, which specializes in providing mechanical solutions, including forging, turning, and machining, agreed to acquire SM Corporation, a full-service manufacturer of precision-machined components, from HCI Equity Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Further to the opening of our office in Chicago, we are proud to announce the acquisition of TSM.
