New Wave Group completed the acquisition of Cotton Classics Handles for €47.6m.

New Wave Group, a Swedish growth company specializing in corporate promotional products, sports apparel, and retail distribution, completed the acquisition of Cotton Classics Handles, an Austrian wholesale distributor of promotional textiles and corporate fashion, for €47.6m. “New Wave Group, known for its long-term commitment and excellent industry knowledge, will be the ideal owner to take Cotton Classics to the next level.
