RINA completed the acquisition of Foreship from Vaaka Partners.

RINA, an engineering consultancy firm, completed the acquisition of Foreship, a company specialising in cruise ship design, energy-efficient vessel innovations, and sustainable marine technologies, from Vaaka Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Foreship offers unique competence which is highly appreciated by its clients.
