Dell Technologies Capital, a private equity firm, led a $50m Series B round in Maven AGI, a provider of modern AI-driven customer support solutions, with participation from Cisco Investments, SE Ventures, Lux Capital, M13, and E14. "With fragmented systems slowing innovation, enterprises are urgently seeking a unified approach.
