Arteche completed the acquisition of RTR Energia.

Arteche, a Spain-based provider of measurement and monitoring solutions for electrical energy, completed the acquisition of RTR Energía, a Madrid-based power quality specialist with over 45 years of experience. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of RTR is another step in developing our growth strategy in the Power Quality and storage segment, included in the strategic plan we presented to the market. It’s a segment we consider essential for leading the global energy transition and strengthening our position in strategic international markets," Alexander Artetxe, Arteche CEO.
