New Mountain Capital-backed Consor, an infrastructure engineering and consulting firm, completed the acquisition of Versa Infrastructure, a program and construction management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of Versa is consistent with our strategy to expand the firm’s capabilities in program and construction management in key markets.
