KDSA completed the acquisition of Williams Distributors.

KDSA, an investment partnership focused on food and beverage industry, completed the acquisition of Williams Distributors, a direct-store-delivery distributor of ice cream, frozen pizza and frozen foods in the Northwest. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a major step forward for KDSA.
