Vam Investments-backed ConformGest, a company offering warranty and service plans for used vehicles, completed the acquisition of Autoplus, a company specializing in the management of conventional warranties and the legal guarantee of conformity on behalf of professional used vehicle dealers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome Autoplus to our group.
