Main Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in CarWise, a company specializing in developing high-performance mobility solutions for businesses in the mobility sector, and Autodisk, a provider of automotive data and IT solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “CarWise and AutoDisk unite front-, mid- and back-office solutions in a single modular suite, giving them a unique market position,” Sjoerd Aarts, Main Capital Partners Head of Benelux & Managing Partner.
