Worthington Enterprises completed the acquisition of Elgen Manufacturing for $93m.

Worthington Enterprises, a manufacturer of building and consumer products, completed the acquisition of Elgen Manufacturing, a HVAC components manufacturer, for $93m. “The addition of Elgen aligns closely with our strategy to build and acquire businesses with leadership positions in niche markets.
