Kwangsung, a South Korean automotive parts company specializing in interiors, plastics, and engineered solutions, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in KSTPL, an India-based joint venture company producing automotive interior systems and molded components, from Sandhar Technologies, an Indian auto components manufacturer supplying engineered products to OEMs and the automotive sector, for INR100.85m.
