Borletti Group and Quadrivio & Pambianco completed the acquisition of Twinset.

Borletti Group, a private investment group, and Quadrivio & Pambianco, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Twinset, an Italian fashion brand, with participation from Narval Investimenti and Ersel. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very happy that Twinset is being acquired by two Italian funds, Borletti and Quadrivio, who know our sector well thanks to their experience.
