Borletti Group and Quadrivio & Pambianco to acquire Twinset.

Borletti Group, a private investment group, and Quadrivio & Pambianco, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Twinset, an Italian fashion brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Twinset is a brand positioned in a developing segment, with solid foundations and still-significant potential. We will contribute our experience in the retail and fashion sectors to support its growth journey. The current state of the luxury market makes the alternative luxury segment an area of high growth potential,” Maurizio Borletti, Borletti Group Founding Partner.
