Argo Infrastructure to acquire the Hawaiʻi gas storage and supply assets from UGI-backed AmeriGas.

Synopsis

Argo Infrastructure, an independent fund manager, agreed to acquire the Hawaiʻi gas storage and supply assets from UGI-backed AmeriGas, a retail propane distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our continuing focus is on investing in and growing infrastructure assets that provide essential services to their communities. The addition of these assets will complement our existing Hawaiʻi operations supporting a more resilient and energy-efficient future." Jason Zibarras also said, “We are delighted to have worked with UGI on this transaction, securing and providing certainty for AmeriGas’ customers in Hawaiʻi,” Jason Zibarras, Argo Infrastructure Partners Managing Partner and Founder.
