Nuvoco Vistas completed the acquisition of Vadraj Cement.

Nuvoco Vistas, a building materials company, completed the acquisition of Vadraj Cement, a cement company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will enable Nuvoco to reach a total cement capacity of ~31 MMTPA by Q3 FY 2026-27, consolidating its position as the fifth-largest cement group in India for the long term. It will also substantially enhance Nuvoco Vistas' consolidated clinker production capacity to approximately 17 MMTPA, providing access to high-quality limestone reserves and coastal logistics infrastructure through its captive jetty in Kutch.
