Convertus completed the acquisition of Aim Environmental Group from Maple Reinders.

Convertus, a full-service organic waste processor, completed the acquisition of Aim Environmental Group, a company specializing in organics processing and material recovery, from Maple Reinders, a construction company promoting creative solutions in waste management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It gives me great honour and I am extremely proud to announce this significant milestone for Convertus with the acquisition of AIM from Maple Reinders.
