Ipsum, a provider of engineering services, completed the acquisition of Aquaflow Drainage Services, a company specializing in various drainage and plumbing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the last eight years, Ipsum has been on a growth journey and the acquisition of Aquaflow marks a significant milestone. Our expansion into London, a notoriously concentrated market in the sector, will open up opportunities for us while simultaneously providing Aquaflow’s existing customer base with a broader range of maintenance and repair services," Andrew Cowan, Ipsum CEO.
