HPS-backed PEAC Solutions, a multi-national asset finance platform, completed the acquisition of the specialty finance business of ePlus, a technology solutions provider of professional & managed services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The sale of our financing business will enable us to focus on technology solutions for our customers and provide ePlus with additional capital to invest both organically and inorganically," Mark Marron, ePlus CEO and President.
