Pritzker Private Capital-backed C.H. Guenther completed the acquisition of Fresca Mexican Food.

Pritzker Private Capital-backed C.H. Guenther, a commercial baking and food manufacturing business, completed the acquisition of Fresca Mexican Food, a manufacturer of flour tortillas, corn tortillas and tortilla chips.
