Kiloutou to acquire Froid Loc Services.

Kiloutou, a European equipment rental company, agreed to acquire Froid Loc Services, a specialist in the field of modern industrial refrigeration. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is fully in line with our strategy to diversify and develop our Specialities portfolio. We aim to give new impetus to FROID LOC SERVICES’ business by leveraging our business expertise and the know-how of our teams," Olivier Colleau, KILOUTOU Group CEO.
