Voltwise, a utility-scale battery energy storage project developer, specializing in the acquisition, development, construction, and operation, completed the acquisition of BESS business of Smart Meters Systems, an energy infrastructure company specializing in smart energy solutions, including energy infrastructure, smart meters, and flexible energy services.
