Greenbelt Capital Partners to acquire Power Distribution business of BRUSH Group from One Equity Partners.

Greenbelt Capital Partners, an energy Investor, agreed to acquire Power Distribution business of BRUSH Group, an engineering solutions provider, from One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “BRUSH is another example of OEP’s value creation strategy. After the strategic sale of Power Generation, we remained focused on growing the Power Distribution & Networks businesses, making BRUSH a leading electrical solutions and engineered products provider to United Kingdom’s critical infrastructure,” Ori Birnboim, One Equity Partners Partner.
