CGC to acquire IBP from Imperial Manufacturing Group.

CGC, a Canadian manufacturer of gypsum-based building materials, has agreed to acquire IBP, a manufacturer of steel framing, drywall trims, and proprietary structural solutions, from Imperial Manufacturing Group.
