Qinecsa Solutions completed the acquisition of Insife.

Qinecsa Solutions, a company specializing in technology-led pharmacovigilance solutions, completed the acquisition of Insife, a Danish software and consultancy firm focused on pharmacovigilance platforms including HALOPV and GRIP. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Joining forces with Qinecsa is a strategic move for the company, its people, and customers.
