Snyk completed the acquisition of Invariant Labs.

Snyk, a developer of security analysis tools used to identify open-source vulnerabilities, completed the acquisition of Invariant Labs, an AI security research firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is an important integration into Snyk’s recently launched AI Trust Platform that adds the ability to secure applications from emergent threats. Snyk can now offer customers a single platform to address both current application and agentic AI vulnerabilities,” Peter McKay, Snyk CEO.
