FTV Capital and Lightyear Capital completed the investment in ProfitSolv.

FTV Capital, a growth equity firm, and Lightyear Capital, a private equity firm, completed the investment in ProfitSolv, a provider of practice management software and payments for legal, accounting and professional services firms.
