Pangea to acquire Recover Group from EQT Partners.

Pangea, an industrial investment company focused on fostering sustainable growth by partnering with businesses across various industries, agreed to acquire Recover Group, a non-discretionary property remediation company, from EQT Partners, a global investment organization that focuses on private equity, real assets, and credit.
