Altus Group-backed Altus Traffic to acquire ATMS.

Altus Group-backed Altus Traffic, a provider of professional traffic control services, agreed to acquire ATMS, a traffic management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction will combine the strengths and expertise of both organisations, enhancing service delivery for customers and reinforcing Altus's commitment to the New Zealand market.
